This is an ongoing concern with with Policy number 22499085.
The policy was rejected stating insurer health details were withheld. But we have submitted proofs that this is incorrect and policy was issued only complete health checkup by HDFC. We have also provided the proof documents to [protected]@hdfclife.com.
From November company has given has multiple dates stating CRC ( Claim review committee) will review the status. But no further communication is made from HDFC Life. When i visit nearest branch they clearly say that nothing is going on in the backend and this CRC mail is false.
All the mails received are automated and no one is hearing us. We have stated multiple times that address reflection on HDFC Life letters to us are incorrect. The correct address was already updated in July 2020. This is also a proof no one is looking at the claim and just making fun of Consumer. Kindly escalate this issue.
As already stated, My husband has mentioned everything correctly on the form and no information was withheld from our side. Yes his sugar level took a significant hike at the time of admission to the hospital but that was due to covid medication. We have been trying to get a result on the same policy since October but every time we are given a different date by HDFC. When we 1st complained we received a mail stating the Claim Review Committee will address this concern and will get back to us by 11 December 2021, but no communication was made. When we mailed HDFC then we got a reply stating again the claim review committee will get back to us after 12th Jan 2022 and when i mailed on 12th I received a mail stating decision will be made on 8th Feb 2022 and we have received on response from HDFC yet
This is in regards to the term insurance policy under my husband's name KK Jha from HDFC Life, Policy Number 22499085.
We have registered the claim under CL-[protected]. The claim was rejected.
