HDFC Bank — Hdfc life policy documents delivery

Hi this is sushma from bangalore. My concern is that my husband mr. William paul erram has taken life policy for rs. 50000/- few months back in chennai. The policy number is 18198262 and we still didn't get the documents to our hand. Hdfc jayanagar branch people say that the documents are delivered to us but when we relocated to bangalore how can they deliver to us at our chennai address when we are not at all there? We have been trying to contact the team in jayanagar branch but they don't even answer our calls nor do they call us to update the status of our complaint letters to the manager since 2 weeks. I just want to cancel the policy and get my money back immediately. Let me know what else can i do to get back my money thanks.
