HDFC Bank — hdfc payzapp kyc team not supporting

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600056

Hi team,

It’s been almost one month no response from payzapp team either through calls or email.

Still my kyc not yet updated. My funds stuck in payzapp wallet and because of which i am unable to transfer my funds to my bank accounts and now i have asked from bank to bounce fee of 700rs which is unfare.

I need wave-off for this, please support me.
