Hi,
I have had a super annoying and non responsive communication from hdfc helpline as well as relationship manager named "mayur".
Firstly, my credit card was blocked without any intimation and post that i have been trying to re-apply or ask for help from both the helpline and my relationship manager but in last 2 weeks i got absolutely no help.
If you try to open new account or cards then they are super helpful, they will even send representatives to your house, but in case you need help with existing stuff the team is absolutely helpless and annoying.
On top of that, i have always got this response that we will call you back but i received no calls.
With this experience, i am planning to shut down my hdfc accounts and rather switch to the banks who pay heed to their customers.
