[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc smart buy refund not initiated. | |||||
I made a flight booking using smartbuy on 18 oct, 2017 and flight booking got failed from smartbuy side but my money got deducted. After that i got mail that in 1 hour refund will be processed and same will be credited to your account in 7 days but it didn't happen till now. I tried to call smartbuy customer service so many times (More than 20 times) and every time they are saying that in next 2 days you will get your money. Now i am really frustrated and i want you to take this seriously other wise i have to take serious action against hdfc smartbuy. I am putting all the details here.
