[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — HDFC took my money from my account without even notifying anything as Depositary charges.

This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges without any prior information by the hdfc bank.

Kindly be informed that an amount of Rs.885.00/- was deducted from my salary account on 21st February 2023 under the name of Depository charges.

Initially when I did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and I've gone to the branch itself month before to know about some clarifications earlier from customer care and I also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged Rs.885.00/- without even sending a single message or even after took my money they've semt nithing. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now. All actions were done by the account managers. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. Also in branch itself there were no support from whom working specially for this demat details which a worst thing. And they will not communicate that they are charging. When I ask them about my money back they say like it's not possible even I've not even used that account and also which is just took money for a year to come.

Please do the needful as earliest.
