I have a credit card of hdfc bank and i am paying my minimum balance every month but last month i miss my payment and hdfc bank hold my account balance which is rs.6465 than called the payment department than they ask me to payment for 3500 and account will be unhold but after making payment my account is still hold i am not able to use my money now payment departmental said that need to talk care no than i called them they said that you will receive a call back but i didn't receive call yet i again called in payment department now they misbehaving me now they said we dont no a anything call to care number i am facing this all problem because of payment department fake commitment now plz tell what should i do

Updated by Javed_986 i made my payment after discussed the payment department they said that make payment with 35 and your amount will be unhold, , , after making making payment they said that we dont know talk with customer care of hdfc .. than i requested to call back from customer care no. and i am receiving just miss call from hdfc land line number non is ready to talk with me regarding my complaint, , even i am ready to make more payment but my amount is on hold so how do i payment ..
and i want to raised complaint against payment those given me fake commitments
