My name is suhel s nelson. I am customer of your bank. my customer id is 63750692. yesterday my 30, 000 rs. went on hold due to the
non payment of my credit card according to your side. I had a different a/c in 2011 with HDFC with which i had a credit card and i
was in midth of settling that card when you guys put a hold on my new a/c without any intimation and notification to me. i called
the customer care number and spoke with at least 12 people but no resolution. I even tried calling the credit card helpline number
but they said that they are not able to find any details regarding the a/c or hold and i got the same response from the customer
care team. I spoke with Shweta Gupta, Marin Daniel, Vanita Singh, Birendar and many more but none of them were ready to help and
birendra even misbehaved with me on the call. Since last month i was getting call from 2 agencies for the settlement and in told
them that i am arranging the money but all of a sudden this thing happened.
Sir, i have not linked my earlier a/c with this new a/c so how can a debt related to my old a/c can be putted on my new a/c without my intimation.
Sir, i would like to say that i am ready to pay off the balance but i have a family to take care of. I have a daughter who goes to
school, my wife is not well, my parents are retired and old and i live in a rented house and still i am not denieng to pay off any
amount but holding the funds of my a/c when i am in the middle of a settlement is not going to help me. Please sir look in to mater
as soon as possible as i have to carry many responsibilities. I have to deposit my daughter's fees, house rent and monthly
expenditure but as my funds are on hold i am not able to do any thing. I feel like killing myself.
Sir, kindly first unhold the funds in my account. and please call me asap on my number [protected]. Sir, i am so depperesed that i am feeling like ending my life and i am serious about it. Please understand my situation. This is not
