[Resolved] HDFC Bank — holding my amount | |
Because of insufficient amount on emi due date they hold my account balance, first time i did this mistake i agree. After 2 days i paid that amount. Almost 9 days over still bank holding my amount. Yesterday i went to hospital n i had an mri scanning but i can't pay the hospital bill because i can't draw the amount... This is how hdfc bank treating customer. So many times i called customer care and i requested to release my amount, nobody responding properly... Am very sad about this service.. Was this information helpful? | |

I am failing to access my net banking for past 10-15 days. The reason is that they are sending me an OTP to my registered mibile no [protected] which i am not receiving. So, I am unable to login into my account. Please sort this out at the earliest as I have to pay all my bills using net banking only!
