HDFC Bank — Holding My amount

Address:HDFC, Karthik Nagar, Doddanakundi

I have withdrawn my PF for my medical expenses, it got credited into hdfc account but it was on hold and got freezed, i requested manager also but still they have not released my account, It has been clearly stated its for my medical expenses nobody has come down.
