[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Holding my money in savings account

Dear Sir/Madam,
HDFC Bank has hold my hard earned money in savings account and I am unable to my money. When I speak to customer care they replied the money is on hold due to non payment of credit card outstanding which was not belongs to me. The story is they issued a credit card to someone similar to my name 10 years back and without any information and communication they hold my money in my savings account aa recovery of outstanding of that credit card which was not belonged to me.
I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve the issue.
