Hi,
I have received loan disbursement on 27 Dec 2019 on File no.[protected] . But i am very upset with the service provided by the HDFC team.
First of all the guy (Deepak) who was assigned to take care my file showed full irresponsibility. He keeps me waited for whole day to collect the document 2-3 times. And when i went to HDFC branch for loan disbursement then i got the information that my complete documents list was not submitted, also he took cash Rs 500 for arranging documents.
Next day i had to run to Builder office to collect documents. it was approx 30 KM. I had to take leave from my office to collect documents.
My loan disbursement got delayed by 5 day because of Deepak.
I need to have compensation of this metal harassment and refund of cash which i gave to deepak
Also i raised a complaints # 5015097 on 27 dec, 2019. But i haven't receive any response. Was this information helpful? |
