I had requested for home loan disbursement from HDFC Bank from Mayur Colony branch in July 1st week and all process completed before end of 2nd week of July. But after the process was completed I have not received any update about disbursement from the HL executive Mr. Hari. Earlier he had asked me to meet in person on weekends at place near his home and was suggesting there will be issue in disbursement even though loan is approved. This is very shady practice on the part of executive.
I have not recievd any update from executive or customer care. The treatment given to the customer is extremely poor. I am contemplating of moving my preferred account to another just because of this poor customer service.
Request prompt support from HDFC support team to receive update on the disbursement. With current apathetic service from laon executive not having any confidence on the process. Was this information helpful? |
