HDFC Bank Home Loan — file no.[protected] loan closed but doc not received

Sir, i have closed my housing loan[protected] on 18/10/2017 . but till now i have not received my documents. so many times i visited gajuwaka branch office but there is no proper response and placed a mails to concerned officer but job not done.this shows effect on the goodwill and belief on your bank. pls do needful
