HDFC Bank — Home loan not disburse on current roi for new customer | |||||
Hi, I am unable to get home loan transfer from another bank on current ROI. I had applied on home loan on 17 Aug, 2015. First it took two month in sanction. Then without foreclosure letter HDFC created the cheque. that was not accepted by the LIC. disbursement got cancelled. Now I submitted the foreclosure letter to HDFC for fresh disbursement on current ROI as I am new customer. But HDFC want to disburse on old ROI. Please help. Thanks.
