HDFC Bank — Horrible Service (Roopa Trivedi) | |||
HDFC bank is moving from bad to worse. @Aditya Puri has spoken well but I don't see it translate in terms of customer service. My Relationship Manager Vishal (who gave me excellent service) left and now I need to call an IVR to speak to my RM. The RM Rupa Trivedi was supposed to call me twice and didn't keep the commitment - post that I called (after trying a million times) and again I was told that the credit card query (application) that I had would be attended to the next day and its been 5 days and nothing from HDFC. This to, for a privileged customer for over 10 years.
