[Resolved] HDFC Bank — housing loan disbursement | |||
Hello, I have raised a request with hdfc bank for housing loan, the loan has been sanctioned since september 2017 and till today there is no clarity from hdfc team. The representative working on my file no[protected], doesn't even reply or answer calls in an appropriate manner. After tremendous follow-ups calls and emails i am getting a response that the loan has been auto cancelled in the system. This too has been informed in the month of april whereas the loan expired in march 2018 due to 6 months auto cancellation process. Now to re-appraise the loan hdfc is asking for another fee amount that has to be paid, where the entire issue has not been addressed properly right from day one by hdfc. Ihave borrowed tow well loan with emi rs.2467due on 5th of each month. But bank has charged me the rs.590 as bouncing charges even if there was a sufficient balance on due date i. E. 5th may 18. bouncing charges for the same emi. Requesting you the bank's policies/rules/regulation for the such bouncing charges.
