I am already holding housing loan in hdfc for last 2 years & opted for top up loan
I have received approval letter for this topup loan on 10th april & offer letter on 12th letter. Till 8th may i have been following with bank for the disbursement and none of the people recognize or hold responsibility to give response
Mr. Muthuraja called me once without giving any details or status of the loan or the process of the loan or the procedures the bank to follow for disbursement. That too call was quickly disconnected with a statement he will call me back which was am still yet to get
Suddenly i received an email “avail disbursement of hdfc loan a/c no[protected].” on 25th april which i have opted for 30th may for disbursement. For which i have received mail on 29th to submit documents like ec, property tax etc…… which i was not been told earlier by any of the team
I have also submitted all the documents on 30th april except ec which i was submitted on 6th may, till now there was no response on the disbursement and getting status like legal team verification, property team verification, proof checking.
What is the use of processing fees for this delayed processing???
I would say it was the worst banking experience i will never recommend anyone to bank with hdfc
Customer service was poor in hdfc than any other bank and none of the customer care team wants to know the customer needs
Also customer care team dont know anything than the customer was the extreme saddest part. Please find below response for my query

In a/c summary, total emi given as 240 months & balance emi given as 237 months. I have been paying emi from may '2017 & let me know the reason for this 237 months!!
Answer :
As per the system balance term is 237 only.
