I had settled my HDFC Credit card long back and never requested you people for any support. Then you people called me stating i had logged in and requested for closure in last 4 days. Executive name Iqbal was very harsh and unprofessional and was arguing with me stating I had requested in last 4 days and he will share the details to my email ID.
Till now I did not receive any mail.
One of executive says HDFC bank told them collect the amount. Why are this people taking our financial Data and making our lives miserable. Already HDFC bank guys called my in-laws and discussed my financial matters now the Credit Mantri guys calling and making my personal life hell.
This has been repeatedly happening with you team and I had recorded all the conversation and going to file a case against you people in Consumer forum and RBI regarding the data security issue. Was this information helpful? |
