HDFC Bank — I am complaining about fastag charge deduction without being passed from Toll

I have been charged 215 from my fastag wallet [protected] on[protected]T18:10:47 at ALEP Main Plaza 21 for my vehicle UP80DW1536 even though I have not been passed through the toll.

For FasTag transaction dispute kindly send an email (mentioning FasTag wallet ID, transaction date, Actual transaction amount and disputed amount) at fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com Also attach duly signed scaned copies of the following documents:

1. Vehicle RC

2. Vehile Image.

3. Cash slip

Note: Transaction dispute needs to be reported within 15 days of the date of transaction.
