[Resolved] HDFC Bank — i am complaining about negative fee charged for non maintenance on savings account

I am complaining about negative fee charged for non maintenance on savings account.
As per rbi guidelines, no bank is authorised to charge negative fees for non maintainable.
I am almost lost 8k from my account just because of negative balance after i have credited 20k.

Hi HDFC Team,

As per your response, you are committed to reverse the negative penalty charged for my savings account but still I haven't got any reversal amount .

Please let me know when can I expected to see the reversal in my savings account.
