HDFC Bank — I am complaining | |
I am so frustrated and even contemplating suicidr as they leave me with no other option. I am a heartpatient with a surgery soon. Over a year i have been going to shantipark branch in mira rd requesting ms bhirva to stop ecs from dhfl and 2 other banks. I gave her many letters. Not even once she said anything about noc. Even priya nair from mind space branch did not mention it. But realising her mistake she gave two months of waiver fees. It is my hard earned money they stole. I went to meet bhirva on the 12th of december. She promised to do her best. But till date i ve not got any amount they stole. I ve no other option but to seek legal help. My lawyer assured me of help and compensation from hdfc which will be more than 60000 that they stole from my account Mr zubin nobody from hdfc has decency to contact or process a waiver and crrdit the amount you stole from me. Please realise it is better to credit the amount because of my serious heart condition you might have to end up payinh more as the lawyer is willinh to file a case free of charge.
