[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I am complaining | |
Nadia had asked me proof for letters i gave ms bhirva from september 2018. I had requested to stop ecs from 3 banks. She did not tell me i am supposed to give noc. Ecs return worth rs 60000 was cut for no fault of mine. I am a heart patient and need the funds to be returned. Noc was mentioned by ms komal from shanti park branch in nov. I have complained to rbi and my lawyer d pisolkar It is better for hdfc to return my money. I am forced to put this issue in social media and news channels. Cust id 22840860. Enclosing copy of letter as requested. Priya nair acknowledged her guilt and gave 2 months waiver. Still no resolution to the issue. No one cares. Dont ever bank with them they are frauds. Steal your hard earned money.
