[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I feel cheated by hdfc bank as hdfc credit card customer | |
I have tried several times to pay my hdfc credit card bill, but i was unable to, then i called customer care regarding my problem and said to pay in any hdfc branch. So i went to nearestbhdfc branch to pay my credit bill but they said its not possibe as they are having problem with credit card payment issues. As today is my last day to pay the dues and i already have spend 15598 to wrong hdfc credit card account buy putting suffix double zeroes (00). Now i really feel cheated as neither the hdfc agent through whom i got the card or the bank reponding to my mail or the customer care responding properly. And i am going to be penalised for not paying my credit card bill on time for no reason. This is not fair. Was this information helpful? | |
