[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I have been cheated by HDFC bank for 36000 Rs. | |||
I have given my documents to Kapil Jain (HDFC bank) for Mortgage loan and after verifying my documents they said they are ready to give me loan. So I applied for loan and also given 11, 000 as processing fee. They said I have to take insurance as well. So I paid them 25000 Rs. for insurance. They had approved my loan and send message for disbursement. After few days, they told me that they cannot give me loan because there is some issue with documents. Now after rejecting my application, they said they cannot refund my processing fee and also they cannot cancel insurance. My grievance is that If my documents were not clear, why they approved my loan and why they force me to take insurance. I have been cheated by HDFC bank for 36000 Rs.
