Hello sir,
I have been charged anonymously many time in single month for an example
My account has been deducted the 1770 money on 30th aug 2017 stating that :
Inter-brn cash chg incl gst 100817-mir[protected].

My account number : [protected]
Name : murugan ramsamy
Branch : pattukottai.
There is another deduction without any explanation on 29th aug as follows :

Installment pay. Transfer from casa.[protected]

Please do the needful.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We confirm that the charge deducted on August 30, 2017 is against the inter branch cash transaction done on
August 10, 2017.

Value of Cash transactions(Cumulative of Deposit and Withdrawal) Home Branch
2 lakh ---Free per month per account.
Above 2 lakh---Rs.5/- per thousand or part thereof, subject to a minimum of Rs.150/-(plus taxes as applicable)

Non-Home Branch:
Cash transactions value upto Rs.25, 000/- per day –No charge
Above Rs.25, 000/- ---Rs.5/- per thousand or part thereof, subject to a minimum of Rs.150/- (plus taxes as applicable)

Further the deduction on August 29, 2017 is first installment deducted towards your newly opened Recurring deposit account. For further clarification you may write to us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com.
