Hello sir, I have been charged anonymously many time in single month for an example My account has been deducted the 1000 money on 1st dec 2018 stating that : Inter-brn cash chg incl gst 100817-mir[protected]. My account number : [protected] Name : mohammad numan rafey Branch : habsiguda Hyderabad There is another deduction without any explanation on 1st december 2018 as follows : Installment pay. Verified Support Dec 03, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, The debit pertains to the booking of your new Recurring Deposit (RD) Account. The same can be checked through your Netbanking. For details on RD Account, please visit the below URL: http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/products/accounts-and-deposits/deposits/recurring-deposit If, for any reason you do not wish to continue with the RD account, you can prematurely liquidate your Recurring Deposit. You may submit your Recurring Deposit advice or written instruction, duly signed by all account holders, at the branch for premature liquidation of your Recurring deposit. You may visit the following URL to access information for the complete address and contact details of our Branches as well as our PhoneBanking numbers: http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/find-your-nearest/find-nearest-branch/all-facilities/gxissh3j http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/find-your-nearest/find-phone-banking Alternatively, you can liquidate your Recurring Deposits through NetBanking. [3] Select the Recurring Deposit account number from the Drop-down lists, and click on Continue. [4] Verify the details and Confirm the Liquidation. A Confirmation page will be displayed, confirming that your Recurring Deposit has been liquidated. Additional Information - If your Recurring Deposit is broken prematurely, the interest rate applicable for premature closure of deposits will be lower of The base rate for the original / contracted tenure for which the deposit has been booked OR The base rate applicable for the tenure for which the deposit has been in force with the Bank The base rate is the rate applicable to deposits of less than Rs.15 lacs as on the date of booking the deposit.
