[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I have made 3 transaction via pos from my credit card money deducted but transaction failed | |
Yesterday I have paid from my credit card via pos..bt in the pos customer copy it's showing sale reversed and transaction failed.on[protected] I made 3 transaction to the same merchant via pos every time that particular amount got deducted from my credit card but transaction failed.sir please help me...what should I do right now to get my money back..please help me... Verified Support Oct 23, 2021 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We note that the 3 transactions of RS.1, 500.00 incurred at M/s. WELCOME SALUNE GENTS is neither settled to merchant nor billed in the card account.
