I have closed my personal loan on hdfc bank on august 1st week itself though i have closed my personal loan as per bank process but unfortunately bank is still detecting charges from my account on 13th august rs.236 and 14th august rs.590 this made us feel bad about hdfc bank and it's process i need back my money as soon as possible it's in need o[censored]rgent please take action against this complaint and return my money back.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We note that the debit of Rs. 236.00 on August 13, 2018, pertain to EMI returned unpaid due to insufficient balance in the month of July 2018.
