[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I m complaining about wrong information of atm card charge of my account deduction | |||||
My account no. is [protected] and i opened account before one year ago. i had done no transactions from atm card.but recent i talked at my branch about card and said ita a normal card and charge is only 115rs per year and please use for online transaction and cashless system.. so i just try to know balance only from atm. and not done any transaction from atm card..but directly 575 rs is deducted from atm card. so how i can trust from hdfc bankers which gave me wrong information. i charged of 575 rs just because of listen bankers request for cashless transaction.. how i tolerate this without use of atm card.. please check if i m using this atm anywhere..so please give me refund for this.. i dont want this type of any atm card which charged without transaction..
