[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I m complaining | |
From the time i had this savings account i ve never had one happy moment. Cust id 22840860. I had requested to stop some ecs from september 2018. I submitted req uest letter in shantipark branch mira rd to ms bhirva. I do not know what she did with those letters. But still not done. I have submitted 8 to 9 letters but nothing has been done. She is very rude abusive. She told me once bank has earned 60000 rs because of you. Why should we help you. Then they called me at the bank. A very nice lady komal told me that i need an noc from dhfl tostop ecs. Bhirva could have told me that a year ago. I am a heart patient and need funds. They stole my money when they could have helped. If they do not credit all the return fee charges i will be forced to take legal action. I ve a copy of all the letters. I ve contacted a lawyer in consumercourt mumbai regarding this as i know hdfc does fraud to its customers. I will be forced to put this experience in media and social media as people need to see hdfc is a fraud bank. Was this information helpful? | |
