[Resolved] HDFC Bank — I was denied a withdrawal slip to withdraw money | |||
Hdfc bank hyderabad gudimalkapur branch was pathetic in service. I went to withdraw 40000 and the guy told me to home branch to withdraw or else there will be a charge simce the amount is more than 25000. I have two accounts and i told him to give me a withdrawl slip so that i can remove 20k from each account. They denied and employee basha was very rude. The security guy also came up and threatened me. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 1, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The Manager called me up and sorted things out in a very professional and courteous way, employee Basha also spoke to me and explained the miscommunication that happened. I dont have any issues now, i thank the Manager and Basha for sorting things and helping me understand the miscommunication.
