This is regarding my relationship manager Chandrasekhar Sen, of branch HDFC, Nikas Chouraha, Ujjain.
I'm a preferred banking customer, so he was assigned to me automatically.
I contacted him first regarding the upgrade of my credit card. He made me wait for so many months citing his health issues, his marriage and urgent meetings and I'm still waiting for the update.
I believed at least HDFC bank is ethical but I got to know the process, when he called me continuously to book a Health cover FD of 5 lacs and told me that he needs to fulfil his target and even promised me that just give me the screenshot and I'll give you a RM recommendation for credit card so the process will be fast forwarded, and even told me that you can break the FD tomorrow. I even did it so that he can at least pick up the call whenever I need him. But after this incident he again became ignorant and unprofessional.
This is very unethical as HDFC even promotes him and gives him rewards continuously for his unprofessional way of working. After all this, all my respect for HDFC has died.
I want all the stakeholders to be more aware of the things that is going on. We think we're paying hefty amount for all the services but we are not getting any.
@HDFC Bank Kindly look to this matter and respond. I desperately want to change my RM or even this Bank if the customers are not their priority.
