HDFC Bank — Ill behaviour of Bank staff | |||
I'm a Senior Citizen & retired doctor from North Bengal Medical College Hospital in Siliguri, Dt. Darjeeling, West Bengal. I want to know one thing, why the staffs/staff of my branch of your so called prestigious bank, doesn't answer my phone calls, doesn't call back & doesn't reciprocate my text messages ? How they/he can be so ill-behaved & mean? Is this the custom of your bank, to ignore the customers ? Thanks ! Sadly yours !!
