Hi,
I have an account in your bank. On 5th of Jan, i went to my home branch, and filled form for email as well as number change. It was a bit urgent. Varun ([protected]) who is working in HDFC, vikas puri came to my place to collect Adhar Card. Then on the same day he told me that he needs the back side of Adhar card for which he said that you give me the OTP of adhar card direct login, which according to me is illegal and i am gonna take action against him. On the very next day i went to my home branch, and made a complaint of Varun. There was one lady Ms. Shell ([protected]), and she said if you have any problem call me on this. She took a different id proof from me, and said that email update as well as phone number change would happen within 2 days. Shame on this kind of a staff who spoil the reputation of bank. I am calling her since 14th and she is not picking call. Still my application is lying in the bank.
