I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the unauthorized deduction of ₹514.8 from my account, despite my recent conversion to a salary account, I was assured that converting my account would resolve the issues I had been facing, yet I am now dealing with unauthorized deductions that I did not authorize or approve.
This is not only a violation of trust but also a fraudulent practice. I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund of ₹514.8 that was deducted without my consent. I have attached a screenshot of the deduction for your reference.
If such incidents occur again, I will escalate this matter to higher authorities, including the Banking Ombudsman, and seriously consider closing my account with HDFC Bank. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I expect an urgent response, a full refund of ₹514.8, and a detailed explanation of how you plan to ensure this does not happen in the future.
