HDFC Bank — imps amount deducted, but not credited to sbi

I have transferred 1500/- from my hdfc account on August 1st 2018 to an SBI account. the amount got debited from my account and also it came in the statement. But the receiver did.nt get any amount and it's not there in his statement. Please let me know where the money went? If the proofs are needed I can attach privately.
