Imps fund transfer details: Reference number :[protected] Account number : [protected] Beneficiary account number : [protected] Amount: 800 Request for imps fund transfer was accepted. And money was debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account. It shows as processor down in imps transaction status. Please help me out. As this is very urgent. Verified Support Jan 02, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We have checked at our end and note that the IMPS transaction on January 02, 2018 for amount of Rs. 800.00 was timed out. The transaction will be credited to the beneficiary within 2 days from the date of transaction or returned to your account within 5 days from the date of transaction. It is been almost 11 days since i made the transaction but still the amount is not credited to the beneficiary nor returned to my account. Can you please advice what is the issue here? When will i receive my money back?

Request for imps fund transfer was accepted. And money was debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account. I transfered it on may 1st 2018.
Please help me out.
