[Resolved] HDFC Bank — imps processor down issue | |
On 13th may 2019 i've tried to transfer rs 74, 452 to a beneficiary through hdfc imps but it failed saying "imps processor down". Funds got debited from my account but it did not get credited to beneficiary's account. I made another transaction to the same beneficiary through imps and it was successful. I had sent few emails to "[protected]@hdfcbank.com" and "[protected]@hdfcbank.com" requesting them to cancel first transaction and refund the money back to my account. I got an email in response saying "the referred imps transfer done by you was time out. Amount will be credited in the beneficiary account or refunded back to your account within 3-4 working days", wonder how hdfc can blindly send some generic email. It has been 3 days since i've raised a complaint and hdfc hasn't been able to confirm that the money won't be credited to beneficiary's account. Was this information helpful? | |
