I have made IMPS[protected] transfer from HDFC to SBI on 2nd Feb
2015, amount is deducted from my account and not credited to
beneficiary. After 4 hours I got SMS saying "transaction timed out".
HDFC customer care told me that transaction might have failed due to
some network issues and amount will be credited back to my account
within 3 working days. When I called HDFC Customer care after 3 days,
now they are saying it will take 3-5 days to get the amount back. I
asked HDFC to take the complaint, but they are not ready take complaint.
