[Resolved] HDFC Bank — IMPS Transaction failed..Status Processor down..Money debited but credited to Beneficiary | |||||
IMPS Transaction details : RRN Reference number: [protected] User Reference number: [protected] AMount Rs 20000 Transaction was not successful. got a sms that transaction timed out. checked status in netbanking and it shows processor down. Neither money is credited back to my account nor credited to beneficiary. Please help me getting my money back Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jul 12, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, The said transaction is timed out transaction in which the funds will be received by the beneficiary in 2 working days. If the funds are still not received by beneficiary party, please share the beneficiary account statement on [protected]@hdfcbank.com from transaction date till date for further investigation.
