[Resolved] HDFC Bank — IMPS Transaction info wrong update on application | |||||
I made an imps transaction on 26/01/2017 for a rupees of 8000 which is not credited to the beneficiary even after 5 days of Transaction. The status shown for this transaction on mobile application is "Processor Down". When I raised a complaint regarding this calling to their Customer care, they clearly told me that there is a server issue and the money will be credited back to my account(reverted), so i made one more imps transaction and paid the money to the beneficiary account. After 7 days when I called the customer care asking about the transaction they say that the money is credited to the beneficiary account, which made me double pay. They have closed my complaint without updating or informing me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
