[Resolved] HDFC Bank — imps transaction time out | |||
I have initiated a transaction of imps for rs 10k on 1st dec and it got timed out. When i asked the customer care they said that it will credited to my account within 3-4 working days. However still the same has not happened and they simply cut the call or transfer the call to different unit and it gets cut before i could explain my situation. As per npci, every time out should be reconciled every day and charge back should be issued within 2 days. But the same has not been done here. Please help me out. Was this information helpful? | |||

Timeout transaction is settled offline and will be credited to the beneficiary in 2-3 working days. Please check with the beneficiary bank for further details. If beneficiary denies receipt of funds, pls share the beneficiary bank account statement or email confirmation from the beneficiary bank regarding non-receipt of funds on [protected]@hdfcbank.com.
