[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — imps transaction timed out

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal, 700067

I transferred 10000 using imps and got message that it timed out.
Please explain what this means and how can i get my money back?
It is a very big amount and its shameful that a bank like hdfc customer care no. Does not help.... Playing with people's hard earned money.
It asks for mobile pin while registering complaint. Does everyone has mobile number???

If they don't have mobile pin they cannot even call.
Waiting for response from hdfc.. Please provide me details as soon as possible

Hdfc atm centre near jivraj cross roads towards vejalpur in pathetic condition.
Garbage on the floor and street dogs sleeping inside atm which can be found in images. Customers face problems due to stinking smells of garbage and dogs roaming inside atm.

I had used my HDFC Debit card at McDonalds ;got charged twice for a single transaction. My customer id is 36538155.I am enclosing a screenshot of my E statement. Though I have waited for almost 18 days for auto reversal of that amount but nothing actually happened.
