[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — imps transaction timed-out still amount deducted

I performed the imps transaction of amount 4000, from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.

I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

Message is as below :

Update: your money transfer of inr 4, 000.00 on 27-12-18 timed out due to technical reason. (Imps ref no.[protected]. If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected].

Account no : [protected]
Transaction reff :[protected]

Please check and refund the amount.

Dear Customer,

As per our records, the said transaction is timed out transaction and will be settled offline by the beneficiary bank. Please liaise with the beneficiary bank for the further status of funds. If they deny receipt of funds, please share the beneficiary bank account statement on [protected]@hdfcbank.com for further investigation.

Dear Team,
I am a Ex employee of HDFC Bank Ltd. My employee ID is H3740. I had send the PF & EPS withdrawal docs ON 13 Nov which delivered to you on 16 Nov. but no PF status fund if I send the Mail to mentioned person in exit checklist. no response.

Aav partners is kind of collection agent... And the AAV executive showing worst attitude... On the date of registration he is reaching out the client and asking his name to include in the return doc receipt... Which is not possible in the govt office... I am full of stress due to this issue

I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end. The hdfc bank IMPS REF NO IS[protected] and[protected]
