[Resolved] HDFC Bank — IMPS Transaction Timeout
My IMPS transfer failed due to Transaction Timeout.The money got debited from my account and not received by my beneficiary. I had sent mail to HDFC Customer support. But no reply from them. I'm blindly waiting for the money, don't know when I get it. This is also one more unwanted headache I need to go through.
Please try to respond to customer need. Kindly address this or else you lose customer.
