[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Imps transer issue

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600096

I have an a/c [protected] in hdfc bank (+91 [protected]) and i have transferred rs 900/- using imps on 10th jan 2016 at around 7:40pm to axis bank account:[protected], chennai. The imps ref no[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got message that it timed out and status shows in my netbanking as transaction initiated.. Either initiate the transaction or refund the money into the account. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible from: b ashok chennai tamil nadu.

Dear Customer,

This is timed out transaction, wherein the beneficiary customer will receive the funds with in 2 working day. In Case of non-receipt ask the beneficiary customer to check with beneficiary bank regarding the credit of funds.
