HDFC Bank — in need of no due confirmation - credit card

Dear Sir/Madam,
I applied for a HDFC credit card in HDFC Tiruppur Vavipalayam branch and I received a text saying your card has been approved and your card number ending with XXXX has been dispatched. But after two days, Your HDFC Bank Credit Card has been returned by our courier as "undelivered".Every month I am getting a post from HDFC to remit payment. Now I want to apply for a personal loan.Because of this due, the loan is not sanctioned.Bank manager told to solve this and submit the no due confirmation letter to sanction the loan. I dont want credit card Please solve this and send me the no due confirmation as soon as possible. I have been visiting the HDFC tirupur Vavipalayam branch for past 6 months.I am a govenment servant working as Staff nurse in Tiruppur. Even i dont get enough time, i have been visiting HDFC bank Tiruppur. But they are not at all responding. Please solve this and issue the no due confirmation soon as possible.
