[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — in order to, resolve my previous complaint i was given a hope of my amount returning back

The above complaint i raised when hdfc deducted amount from bank without informing me. Just to resolve this, i got message from one of their manager and he told me amount they will process and with 24hrs i will get back my amount and he resolved the about ticket. Neither i have got the amount nor the manager responding to my call.

This is so so rediculous. Please take some immediate action
