[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — incompetent customer service

I recently opened an account with hdfc nd none of my details were updated nd i was not able to use my net banking .i called coustomer service nd spoke to a manager named Prashant .he was so rude had no knowledge of what he is doing nd why he their.although i never used profanity on the called he started accusing me of that nd started shouting nd even threatened me that he won't let my details updated ever.i want aresolution or else i will take necessary actions.my email id [protected]@gmail.com
